miss them loads...
can you imagine its been almost a year since I last met them? Yes, of course, I miss them loads. That's when we decided its time to catch up, at the same time indulge in chocolate. Fan and Jan brought us to The Chocolate Factory at Fraser Place Serviced Apartment (near to UE Shopping Mall). Lovely. The chocolates there are enticing and you'll feel damn sinful after having them, but I can definitely afford the sins! Oppsie!
The place is rather small and we settled for indoor as the heat was too much for our dear fanny to take. We must shower her with loads of care now coz' its SECRET! haha!
Fan's Hot Chocolate with Whip Cream
I had Ice Black Forest but I didn't managed to take a picture of it. Its really nice especially the berries!
The must have at The Chocolate Factory - Soufflé (pronounced as Su-Flay). We ordered 2 to share because you it will be extremely sweet to have 1 for yourself. The above soufflé is Mint Chocolate Chip soufflé. Its puffy, light but I feel that the minty taste is too overwhelming. And I had prefer the below better:
The Original Chocolate soufflé. This is heavenly. I know that the baking was imperfect, but... all this is compensated through your tastebud. Awwww....
Such a warm, cosy Friday evening with great companions like them. The endless jokes and laughters and crapping, marked a great end for the week.
Peace!
Will be heading to Malaysia later.

To eat soufflé:
1.Dig an opening in the centre of the soufflé.
2. Pour in the chocolate that's served together.
3. With a tiny scoop of Vanilla ice-cream, indulge and awww endlessly.
